Refund Policy

You have the right to return CardioX within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection principles. This 14-day withdrawal period aligns with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU standards, which we apply to all customers regardless of geography as a matter of policy.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product has not been opened or substantially used (unopened seal intact).
  • You contact us before returning the item to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wildernessprshou.shop or call +1-800-555-0192 within the 14-day window. Include your order details and the reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorisation Number and return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the payment method used. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or check.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered, defective product).

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your CardioX order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@wildernessprshou.shop with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. No Hidden Subscriptions

CardioX orders are one-time purchases. There are no automatic recurring charges or subscriptions. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
